Requirement of Registration

1. The number of shareholders / directors is 1-50;
2. All shareholders / directors shall over age of 18, and hold a valid Identity card or passport;
3. For corporation director, a copy of business registration license and identity card of the director of the corporation shall be provided;
4. Require a Hong Kong resident or Hong Kong Limited as company secretary;
5. Providing registered address in Hong Kong;
